The three main pillars for optimal sports performance are thought to be nutrition, periodisation and SLEEP.  For athletes, sleep is particularly important for its role in the recovery process, which is when some of the key physiological and cognitive recovery takes place. These include our muscle repair and rejuvenation, reaction time, & memory consolidation as a few examples. 

If you are an athlete, coach or sports practitioner it is really important for you to understand sleep and how you can use it to get the most out of your athletic performance.

In this day and age people are living busier lives and the need to balance work and life has never been more important! There is currently a big push in the work environment to put more emphasis on staff's overall health and wellbeing, but one area that is still often overlooked is the role of sleep to do this. Sleep has a major impact on key performance indicators in the working environment such as decision making, alertness, and reaction time to name a few. It also plays a role in people's mood and motivation, so it seems like a no-brainer to incorporate education on SLEEP into our industry spaces to help with job performance!

  • Detailed report of your sleep data, including specific takeaway recommendations 
  • Full up Consultation: 45 mins, to go through your sleep report.
